BREAKDOWN OF SYSTEM & REPAIRS
Should you encounter problems with your air conditioning system, our qualified and trained technicians are equipped to provide you with a timely diagnosis and a cost effective repair for the unit.

During a service our technician will:
Test all modes of operation
Test the system for correct gas charge, as low gas can cause damage to the compressor
Check the electrical components for loose connections or burnt terminals that cause intermittent starting of the compressor, which shortens the life of the system;
Check fan bearings and mounts where necessary;
Check coil conditions and clean if necessary;
Check and clean the filter. This is most important, as all conditioned air travels through this filter. As the filter gets dirty its ability to pass air through reduces and creates more serious problems for the system by not being able to filter the dirt and dust from the air and increasing further issues to other components of the system.

HYGIENIC CLEANING
Nova Air and Electrical offer a more thorough, deep cleaning service for your air conditioning system.
Over time, air conditioners collect dust and other nasty contaminants such as family and pet skin cells, mould and fungi.
During a hygienic deep clean, one of Nova’s qualified technicians applies a specialised cleaning solution and uses a pressure cleaner to remove any mould, bacteria and nasties that may be living in your system.
This service is recommended annually for Asthma and Allergy sufferers, or for any customer who has not had their air conditioner professionally cleaned within a 3 Year period. A hygienic deep clean take approximately 60-90 minutes to perform and will restore your air conditioners working capacity to like new.

The above brands provide a 5 years manufacturers warranty for faulty/failed equipment & parts.
